Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping in a hotel, private home, or similar setting
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work variable shifts including weekends
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- Professional demeanor
- Proven ability to multitask and work independently
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a private or public housekeeping capacity
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and team members
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Providing housekeeping services for residents of the community
- Cleaning the public areas of the community as necessary
- Maintaining cleanliness standards in resident rooms and common spaces
- Sanitizing surfaces to promote a healthy environment
- Managing supplies and equipment for housekeeping tasks
- Communicating effectively with residents and staff
- Performing additional cleaning duties as assigned
