Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience working with the elderly or frail population
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 20 lbs
- Frequent kneeling, bending, reaching, and walking
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring dexterity and coordination

Job Duties
- Foster a warm, calm, and respectful atmosphere

- Follow established policies, procedures, and work schedules
- Clean assigned areas and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Safely handle biohazard materials using Universal Precautions
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Participate in required training and maintain confidentiality
- Perform temporary assignments across departments as needed
