Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
- Reliable transportation to the workplace
- Ability to pass pre-hire health assessment and drug screen
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Adherence to workplace safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe use practices
Job Duties
- Perform daily housekeeping duties in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
- Ensure the community is clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive for residents, families, and team members
- Carry out laundry duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas
- Build relationships with residents and their families to positively impact their lives
- Follow specific task lists for housekeeping responsibilities
- Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
