Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to climb, bend, lift, stoop, kneel, crawl, push, reach, and carry
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Ability to move furniture as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, or senior living preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for housekeeping duties
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in resident rooms and common areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, reaching, and carrying
- Move furniture as needed for thorough cleaning
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth facility operations
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
