Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or a related role preferred
- ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean floors dust remove trash wet mop wax and disinfect resident apartments restrooms and public use spaces
- vacuum shampoo and deodorize carpets and clean surfaces throughout the community
- respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as required
- interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards consistently
- report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel
- follow all company policies and safety procedures
