Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Must pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to work in healthcare verified by OIG excluded individuals/entities list and participation in E-Verify
- Ability to pass a history and physical exam, tuberculin skin test or chest X-ray
- Employment references from previous employers
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization at all times
- Perform a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment
- Ensure resident areas meet health and safety standards
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to housekeeping and environment safety
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, respectful work environment
