Job Requirements
- a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- willingness to serve a senior population with respect and compassion
- ability to perform housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- ability to work well in a team environment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- know proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in a hospitality setting
- experience in housekeeping is best but willing to train the right person
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
- a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
Job Duties
- share in making our community a beautiful place for residents to live
- clean resident apartments, patios/decks and common areas
- serve a senior population ensuring resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- live by our core values of respect, kindness & compassion, honesty, and service excellence
