Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures
- Ability to work full-time according to schedule
- Experience in a team environment preferred
- Willingness to learn and be trained if no prior housekeeping experience
Job Qualifications
- Know proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Experience working in a team environment, ideally in a hospitality setting
- Experience in housekeeping is best, but willing to train the right person
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
Job Duties
- Share in making the community a beautiful place for residents to live
- Clean resident apartments, patios, decks and common areas
- Serve a senior population and ensure resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty and service excellence
