Job Requirements
- Eligibility for employment in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others
- Demonstrated verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness for ongoing education and personal growth
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or with assistance up to 150 pounds
- Physical stamina to walk or stand for most of the shift
- Ability to follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to relate and work effectively with others
- Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all assigned areas including rooms, offices, and general spaces
- Maintain appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Facilitate rapid turnover between cases or patients
- Conduct special project cleaning tasks such as wall washing, vent and window cleaning, and light fixtures maintenance
- Follow aseptic techniques and standard precautions
- Use personal protective equipment properly
- Handle chemical cleaners safely
- Work under pressure with patience and endurance
- Perform other duties as assigned
