Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- pass a criminal background check
- pass health screenings including physical and TB tests
- comply with all safety and health guidelines including COVID-19 protocols
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service skills
- strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- possess written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families
- must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests
- willingness to comply with COVID-19 safety measures including vaccination, screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment as required
Job Duties
- Clean all resident apartments as directed
- clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed
- complete community and resident laundry and ironing as assigned
- maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards
- encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
