Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform cleaning duties including dusting vacuuming mopping and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience in a team setting preferred
- strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and co-workers
- willingness to learn and adapt
- commitment to company core values
- availability to work Monday through Friday 8 00 am to 4 30 pm
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting vacuuming mopping and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents peers and community
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping preferred but willing to train
- servant heart and passion for hospitality
Job Duties
- clean resident apartments patios and decks
- maintain cleanliness in common areas
- uphold resort-quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- develop positive relationships with residents and team members
- live by the company core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
- assist in maintaining community appearance
- serve a senior population with care and professionalism
