Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work 37.5 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to respond to resident requests promptly and courteously
- Willingness to maintain a respectful and compassionate attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with infection control standards is an asset
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of resident units and common areas
- Ensure that all cleaning procedures meet established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Adhere to infection control and health and safety regulations
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and concerns
- Maintain a compassionate and respectful environment
- Uphold a positive and respectful attitude towards residents and team members
- Work collaboratively with other staff to support community goals
