Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- Housekeeping experience in a health care setting desired
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Availability to work shifts including weekends
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team

Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping activities in accordance with regulatory standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Follow guidelines and procedures set by department director or supervisor
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations
- Support person-centered care by treating the community as residents' home
- Contribute to creating a positive living experience for residents and their families
- Assist in keeping the community aesthetically pleasing and hygienic
