Job Requirements
- Ability to continuously walk and stand

Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and quality standards
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying up rooms
- Ensure all areas including residences and common spaces meet high cleanliness standards
- Conduct weekly standard cleaning and monthly deep cleaning including baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fans
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping staff and other Symphony Park employees
- Report issues or deficiencies to the Director of Housekeeping
- Follow cleaning protocols and checklists to maintain quality and consistency
- Interact professionally with residents to address housekeeping needs and specific requests
- Properly use, maintain, and store cleaning equipment and supplies
- Inform Director of any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
- Attend community training courses and maintain up-to-date training records
- Perform additional duties supporting community success and resident comfort
