Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with healthcare facility policies
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
- Must demonstrate adherence to compliance program and code of conduct
Job Qualifications
- After initial training, demonstrate ability to utilize supplies, tools and equipment properly
- Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to compliance program and code of conduct
- Ability to attend required training sessions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedural guidelines
- Prior experience in cleaning or environmental services in healthcare settings preferred

- Maintain a safe and clean environment to support patient care and facility operations
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to uphold hygiene standards
