Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Capability to understand and perform basic housekeeping tasks
- Ability to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Willingness to work in a multi-level controlled environment
- Commitment to professional and respectful interaction with residents
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to understand and perform housekeeping tasks consistent with facility priorities
- Professional demeanor with resident community
- Prior experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping activities as directed by the supervisor
- Clean and disinfect equipment and supplies
- Monitor environment for potential hazards
- Clean vacant rooms as assigned
- Ensure proper disposal of infectious waste into appropriate containers
- Follow all safety and health regulations
- Maintain a professional demeanor with residents
