Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Positive criminal background screening
- Adherence to company drug-free workplace policy
- Familiarity with safe use and operation of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working around pets
Job Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums and spray bottles
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Positive criminal background screening
- Commitment to adhere to the company drug-free workplace policy
- Minimum one year housekeeping experience preferred
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Comfortable working around pets such as dogs and cats
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Team-focused mindset
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Complete unit turns when apartments are vacated
- Deep clean and detail resident and community spaces
- Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for residents, families, and staff
- Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using company checklist
- Report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply
- Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized
- Clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and clean area behind washer and dryer equipment weekly
- Other duties as assigned
