Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Positive criminal background screening
  • Adherence to company drug-free workplace policy
  • Familiarity with safe use and operation of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working around pets

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums and spray bottles
  • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Positive criminal background screening
  • Commitment to adhere to the company drug-free workplace policy
  • Minimum one year housekeeping experience preferred
  • Experience working with seniors preferred
  • Comfortable working around pets such as dogs and cats
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Team-focused mindset

Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Complete unit turns when apartments are vacated
  • Deep clean and detail resident and community spaces
  • Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for residents, families, and staff
  • Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using company checklist
  • Report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested
  • Keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply
  • Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized
  • Clean lint from dryer lint traps daily and clean area behind washer and dryer equipment weekly
  • Other duties as assigned
