Job Requirements

high school diploma or G.E.D.
minimum one year of professional housekeeping experience
ability to manage time efficiently
knowledge of cleaning products and proper procedures
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
good communication skills
must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties

clean guest rooms thoroughly including making beds and changing linens
restock toiletries and amenities in guest rooms
vacuum, mop, and perform detailed cleaning tasks
maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas including lobby and restrooms
accurately document cleaned rooms and report lost and found items
promptly report any damages or repair needs to maintenance
provide courteous assistance to guests and respond to general inquiries
