Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Entry level position with on-the-job training
  • Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of floors
  • Use and maintain cleaning equipment such as rotos, burnishers, floor machines, commercial vacuums, and mops
  • Conduct major floor refinishing and periodic deep cleaning
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Report maintenance issues and supply needs
  • Participate in on-the-job training and skill development
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and visitors
