Job Requirements

- Entry level position with on-the-job training
- Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of floors
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment such as rotos, burnishers, floor machines, commercial vacuums, and mops
- Conduct major floor refinishing and periodic deep cleaning
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Report maintenance issues and supply needs
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and visitors
