Job Requirements
- Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques preferred
- Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, and trash removal equipment
- Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexible availability to work the specified shift
- Compliance with applicable state regulations

Job Duties
- Maintain hard floor surfaces, including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing, stripping, and waxing
- Maintain carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming
- Utilize work orders to ensure proper room and furniture setups
- Remove trash, refuse, and recycling
- Set up rooms for events as needed
- Ensure cleanliness of building areas and surfaces
- Operate cleaning and trash removal equipment safely
