Job Requirements
- Available full-time, Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel, restaurant housekeeping, in-home professionally cleaning services, or janitorial
- Ability to perform physical cleaning activities including lifting and moving furniture
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work full-time as scheduled
- Positive attitude and a team player
Job Duties
- Professionally clean and maintain apartment community interiors, model homes, vacant homes, and clubhouse/community amenities
- Freshen vacant apartments, leasing office and common areas
- Vacuum, mop, clean windows, remove trash, clean appliances and dust
- Clean and sanitize restrooms in the office, common areas and pool areas
- Assist in all other duties as assigned
