Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or facilities maintenance preferred
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday during day shift
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- valid Minnesota driver’s license with clean driving record
- compliance with vaccination requirements for COVID-19 and seasonal flu
- ability to follow disinfection protocols
- dependable and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Sweep debris or remove snow from sidewalks and decks
- assist with moving furniture
- clean windows and light fixtures
- perform floor care including deep cleaning hardwood floors, tile, and shampooing carpet
- change air filters and light bulbs
- remove and properly dispose of garbage and recyclable materials
- run errands to, from and between homes in company provided vehicle
- carry out yard and garden work
- perform other minor routine maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed by Maintenance Superintendent
- deep clean living and office spaces and bathrooms
- adhere to disinfection protocols and maintain logs
- replenish cleaning supplies in the home
