Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of three months related experience
Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
Enjoy hosting others
Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests
Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and groups
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift to 25 lbs, and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance in confined spaces

Job Duties

Foster a fun environment
Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
Promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
Provide stellar customer service including participation in and promotion of customer service programs
Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, sanitizing, and buffing
Maintain cleanliness of all areas by picking up litter, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning ashtrays, and removing and transporting garbage
Clean all walls, ceilings, doors, windows, sills, furniture, woodwork, and fixtures
Clean and service restrooms including replenishing bathroom supplies and maintaining accuracy of restroom sheets
Stock and supply all service areas with appropriate cleaning supplies
Assist all departments by responding to housekeeping calls
Attend departmental and company training programs or meetings
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
Perform job duties safely using appropriate personal protective equipment and keeping areas free of hazards
Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements
Perform any job duty required to promote productivity as directed by supervisors or management
