Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- legal authorization to work in the country
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing
- dependable and trustworthy
- strong attention to detail
- flexibility to handle spontaneous cleaning tasks as they arise

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals preferred

Job Duties
- Perform routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas
- clean resident apartments thoroughly
- interact positively and respectfully with residents
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards
- assist with setup and breakdown of community events as needed
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
