Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Ability to handle physical aspects of housekeeping duties including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Commitment to providing high-quality service
- Willingness to undergo background checks and comply with community policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with residents
- Willingness to learn and follow guidelines and procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintenance
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic reading and comprehension skills
Job Duties
- Provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas
- Clean and maintain over 200 resident apartments
- Interact with residents daily to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
- Support the overall community environment by contributing to a clean and welcoming atmosphere
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills
