Job Requirements
- six months of experience in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry or a related field
- ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods
- willingness to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm
- ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- reliable attendance
- basic communication skills

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize all areas of the facility including resident apartments and common spaces
- perform laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and clothing
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary
- follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
- report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department
- collaborate with team members to uphold community standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors
