- able to communicate and interface effectively with hospital staff, patients, and visitors
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to follow written and verbal instructions
- able to stand and walk throughout the day
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to maintain confidentiality
- comfortable working around blood and bodily fluids with protective equipment

- ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
- physical capability to perform required duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- clean and disinfect various hospital areas to prevent infection
- prepare patient rooms by replenishing supplies, cleaning floors, making beds
- collect, store, and dispose of medical-related items safely
- perform project work such as carpet and refrigerator cleaning
- communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors
- comply with safety standards including use of personal protective equipment
- maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital protocols
