Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to understand and communicate in English
- ability to follow instructions and record work completed
- physical ability to stand/walk continuously
- ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and kneel frequently
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- capacity to perform push/pull motions regularly
- manual dexterity for handling cleaning tools
- ability to reach above shoulder level occasionally
- ability to communicate verbally continuously
- hearing and seeing capabilities with or without correction
- willingness to perform routine and repetitive tasks
- ability to work under supervision and manage interruptions

Job Duties
- clean patient areas
- clean non-patient areas
- manage trash collection and disposal
- perform specialized cleaning in care units
- sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect rooms
- carry out project cleaning such as wall washing and carpet extracting
- report unsafe working conditions to management
