Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and take call when necessary
- Ability to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend trainings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in residential or hospitality settings preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart on property
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day for market readiness
- Assist in the make-ready process with duties assigned by the Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager
- Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when reordering is necessary
- Operate golf carts on the property as needed
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
