Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience required
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and carry heavy supplies
- excellent communication skills with guests and team members
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- previous cleaning experience preferably in hotel housekeeping
- at least six months of customer service experience
- previous laundry or housekeeping experience
- flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work as part of a team
- good physical stamina for active job role
Job Duties
- friendly interactions with guests to make their stay memorable and comfortable
- cleaning guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
- changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest supplies and amenities
- wearing comfortable team member apparel designed for the housekeeping function
- stocking, organizing, and transporting the housekeeping supply cart across the hotel
- enjoying complimentary shift meal in the employee area
- being a key part of Hilton's hospitality mission
