Job Requirements

  • Willingness to perform all required tasks

  • bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • ability to professionally represent the company
  • maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
  • able to work on call and extended hours including after-hours and weekends
  • ability to organize and prioritize work
  • social skills in order to interact with residents
  • able to sit, stand, climb and stoop for up to 8 hours or more
  • able to walk the property for up to 8 hours in various weather conditions
  • able to climb stairs
  • able to lift up to 30 lbs

Job Duties

  • Clean the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and property common areas on a defined schedule
  • clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy
  • report any maintenance problems to the supervisor
  • assist with inventory control
  • perform job duties using safety guidelines and report obstacles
  • conduct business in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • prepare units for new move-ins and check appliances reporting issues to Lead Maintenance
  • make keys when necessary
  • inspect bathroom tiles and perform minor repairs and replacements
  • change A/C filters
  • operate carpet cleaning equipment
  • assist during trash-out including moving heavy or bulky items to the dumpster
