- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- good communication skills
- ability to handle guest requests politely and promptly
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties
- clean and service assigned guest rooms with precision adhering to high standards and procedures
- keep linen cart organized fully stocked and ready
- report room maintenance needs including door locks fixtures TVs and HVAC systems
- safeguard equipment keys and supplies entrusted
- promptly report any lost and found items to supervisor
- respond to guest requests with warmth and timeliness
