Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, and wind
- Capability to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate golf cart safely on property
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Good communication skills to report issues and follow instructions
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms daily or as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and freshen all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by supervisors
- Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request re-orders as necessary
- Operate golf carts on property safely when required
- Adapt to flexible work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
