Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • Capacity to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Occasionally travel to other properties for support or training

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings preferred
  • Ability to operate a golf cart on property with valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
  • Ensure all vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
  • Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by supervisors
  • Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to appropriate supervisors
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when re-order is necessary
  • Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
