Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Must be physically active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart
- Good physical health verified by a recent health screening
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis
- Must be criminally cleared

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services for residents' rooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas such as lobby and employee break rooms
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Manage and push wheeled housekeeping carts
- Ensure all areas are tidy and that items are properly placed
- Follow safety and health regulations including health screenings and tuberculosis testing
- Communicate effectively and professionally with residents and team members
