Job Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- Ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds during work hours
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision and follow directions verbally and in writing
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Basic education equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help with laundry and cleaning public areas as needed
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
