Job Requirements
- Basic education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 25-35 pounds intermittently, push, reach, bend, and stretch
- Availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- Maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help maintain a positive and happy environment for guests and teammates
- Assist with laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- Respond efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
