Job Requirements
- basic education equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- capacity to work independently
- positive attitude and dedication to customer service
- physical ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently
- availability to work weekends especially Saturdays and Sundays

- mental and physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 25-35 pounds

Job Duties
- perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- help in laundry and cleaning public spaces when needed
- respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
