Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Experience in cleaning is helpful but not required
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
- Ability to lift intermittent loads of 25 to 35 pounds
- Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive work relationships

Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude
- Help in laundry and cleaning public spaces when necessary
- Respond rapidly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates
