Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Physically capable of performing duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds
- Must be in good health as verified by a recent health screening
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening
- Must pass criminal background check
- Professional appearance and conduct

- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at minimum eighth-grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude towards residents

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to maintain clean and comfortable living spaces for residents
- Ensure all common areas such as lobbies and break rooms are tidy and orderly
- Maintain organization and cleanliness behind the scenes to contribute to a home-like atmosphere
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the workday
- Move and lift items up to 25 pounds and manage housekeeping carts safely
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company standards consistently
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to deliver excellent service
