Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Positive attitude with a love for working with seniors
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the workday
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled cart
- Must pass health screening and be free from pulmonary tuberculosis
- Criminal background clearance
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade proficiency level

- Good physical health and capability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to residents' rooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all common areas including lobby and employee break rooms
- Organize and ensure proper placement of items in all areas of the facility
- Follow safety and health protocols during cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to meet community standards
- Assist in routine inspections to guarantee high-quality living standards
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
