Job Duties
- Provide prompt and professional customer service
- clean office, clubhouse, common areas, public access areas, and model homes
- clean vacant apartment homes after make-ready process
- perform inspections of tour path, grounds, and common areas
- report maintenance issues to service team
- assist with maintenance issues as needed
- support community events
