Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work full-time 7:30 am to 3:30 pm including every other weekend
- Ability to pass criminal background screening
- Valid proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or commitment to vaccination within 30 days unless exempt
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills
- Team player attitude
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Ability to work hard and pay attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Genuine care for helping others and working as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean apartments and shared spaces on a regular schedule
- Clean and sanitize rooms, organize spaces, handle laundry and linen care
- Remove trash and restock cleaning supplies
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents
- Ensure apartment and community are free from hazards and potential risks
- Report maintenance issues or repairs
- Be friendly and respectful to residents, guests, and team members
