Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work full-time including every other weekend
- willingness to undergo criminal background screening
- valid proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or commitment to obtain it within 30 days of employment
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Clean apartments and shared spaces on a regular schedule
- clean and sanitize rooms
- organize rooms
- manage laundry and linen care
- remove trash
- stock supplies
- follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents
- ensure apartment and community safety by identifying hazards
- report maintenance issues or repairs
- interact with residents, guests, and team members with friendliness and respect
