Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts as assigned
- Must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check if driving
- Possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver License and proof of insurance if applicable
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance
- Strong manual dexterity
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Adherence to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with word processing software, internet usage, and database software advantageous

Job Duties
- Performs routine cleaning of exam rooms, nursing stations, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, conference rooms, event centers, lobbies, lounges/breakrooms, restrooms, corridors, and exterior benches in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner
- Empties trash containers and replaces liners only if needed
- Sweeps and mops all hard surface floors
- Cleans and disinfects restrooms including sinks, counters, toilet bowls, mirrors, and hardware
- Replenishes toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and hand sanitizer in restrooms, exam rooms, and breakroom areas
- Vacuums carpeted floors as applicable
- Uses damp disinfectant-treated cloths, dusters, and vacuum cleaners to dust windowsills, blinds, floors, furniture, and equipment
- Cleans smudges on doors and walls as needed
- Cleans and disinfects hard surfaces such as countertops, dispensers, hardware, and furniture
- Cleans inside of appliances
- Cleans baseboards
- Removes and disposes of dirty linen and replenishes specific areas
- Prepares coffee for patients and staff in the morning
- Gathers materials and supplies from supply room to transport to work area
- Lifts and carries bulky items such as supplies, trash cans, mop buckets
- Works day, evening, or night shifts as assigned
- Uses appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure
- Conducts visual inspections and reports maintenance issues
- Places weekly orders for necessary supplies
- Adheres to company policies and safety measures
- Collaborates with team members to meet goals
- Maintains confidentiality
- Completes other duties as assigned
