Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Valid Texas driver license
- Proof of current vehicle insurance
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, and walking
- Ability to work day, evening, or night shifts
- Completion of motor vehicle history check
- Familiarity with word processing, internet, and database software advantageous
- Strict adherence to safety measures and company policies

Job Duties
- Performs routine cleaning of exam rooms, nursing stations, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, conference rooms, event centers, lobbies, lounges/breakrooms, restrooms, corridors, and exterior benches
- Empties all trash containers and replaces liners as needed
- Sweeps and mops all hard surface floors
- Cleans and disinfects restrooms including all fixtures and completes restroom logs
- Replenishes supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and hand sanitizer
- Vacuums carpeted floors
- Dusts windowsills, blinds, floors, furniture, and equipment
- Cleans smudges on doors and walls
- Cleans and disinfects hard surfaces like countertops and furniture
- Cleans inside of appliances and baseboards
- Removes and disposes of dirty linen and replenishes
- Prepares coffee for patients and staff
- Gathers materials and supplies for work areas
- Lifts and carries bulky items such as supplies, trash cans, mop buckets
- Works day, evening, or night shifts as assigned
- Uses appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure
- Conducts visual inspections of buildings and reports maintenance issues
- Places weekly orders to ensure consistent supply of materials
- Collaborates with team members to meet departmental objectives
- Maintains confidentiality and safety at all times
- Undertakes additional duties as assigned
- May drive company or personal vehicle subject to motor vehicle history check and valid Texas driver's license and insurance
