Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled shift times
- No felonies
- Must be able to interact professionally with the public
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including coverage for call-outs
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and non-confrontational demeanor
- Ability to respond quickly to cleaning emergencies
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to cover different shifts as needed
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of common area restrooms
- Remove any trash in parking lot, along building exterior including entry doors and loading dock
- Maintain cleanliness of building stairwells and designated hallways
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, door glass and elevators
- Assist with any cleaning emergency occurring throughout shift
- Keep management informed of all situations
- Work any additional tasks as needed
- Cover am or pm crew if there is a call out
