Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
- Strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility in work schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to perform required competencies within allotted time frames
Job Duties
- Perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, trash removal, replacement of soaps, sanitizers, and other supplies
- Respond to urgent cleaning needs of staff and residents to maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment
- Assist with and work in laundry, following all necessary infection control procedures and safety standards
- Cross train in the Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing Care building
- Maintain facilities, resident quarters, and public areas in an orderly, safe, sanitary, and attractive condition
