Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, climb, balance, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills in English
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry duties
- Adherence to infection control procedures and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related healthcare experience preferred
- Strong teamwork ethic
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
- Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces
- Remove trash and replace supplies such as soaps and sanitizers
- Respond to urgent cleaning needs of staff and residents
- Assist with laundry duties while following infection control procedures
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of patient, non-patient, and public areas
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Demonstrate ability to perform required competencies within allotted time frames
