Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year experience in cleaning preferably residential
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed

Job Duties
- Clean apartments after move-outs and prepare for move-in
- Clean leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms daily
- Clean all vacant apartments and ensure timely turnover as directed
- Care for, maintain, and inventory cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain courteous and professional relationships with residents and vendors
- Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain professional demeanor
